You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. The return period begins on the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within this 30-day period to obtain a return authorization.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this Return Policy.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process, and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your return refund once we receive the original item.
